Simple Sunday #19 - Die-cuts

Today I have another Simple Sunday project for you again. For this card I used a die from Tim Holtz and some patterned paper. I also ended up making two different versions of this card. I first made this card on a kraft colored cardbase, but then I though I needed some more color and cut the cardbase and added the front on an orange cardbase instead. I think this made the card a little bit more interesting.

I also filmed a tutorial for this card that you can find on my YouTube channel or here below.

In the video I am also talking about how I have been thinking about having a giveaway with some stuff I don't use anymore. But I am not sure if anyone is interested in getting "old" stuff? I have a lot of stamp sets, and things like embossing powders, chipboard and project life stuff that I never reach for anymore or have a lot of extra copies of. Some of it is never used and some things, like the stamp sets, are most likely used once for stamping in my inventory binder. My project life core kits are used, but there are so many cards in a kit that I won't ever use them all. Most of the things are bought many years ago though and is possibly not available anymore, but there are a few pretty new things as well. If you would like to win things like this and want me to have a giveaway please let me know by commenting on the video, this blog post, or just give the video a thumbs up and I'll get a few packages together and have a give away.

  2. Erika,

I am sure your giveaways would be lovely and would be well received. There are many people who have very little to craft with and don't have the money to buy supplies and would be thrilled to have your extras. I think as long as people know that things might not be brand new, they are agreeing to that when they enter your giveaway. It is nice of you to think of others and to be willing to have these giveaways.
