Happy Birhday

Idag är det dags för ett nytt kort hos Uniko Studio och en Blog Hop i designteamet.
Denna månad släpptes flera nya stämplar och jag kommer idag att visa upp två av stämeplseten i mitt kort.

It's the time again for a new post for Uniko Studio. This month Uniko Studio is having a huge release with several great stamp sets and even a set of dies to coordinate with the Pure Florals: Chrysanthemum stamp set.

My card this time is as usual pretty simple, but who doesn't need simple Birthday Cards?
To make the background on this card I used the new stamp set called Background Builders: Chevrons. I love these stamps and chevrons are so fun.

The big Birthday sentiment is also from a new stamp set called All Occasion Sentiments #2. T hese large sentiment stamps are great and can be used for so many different projects. I love them.

I also used the Happy stamp from an older set called Pure Florals: Chrysanthemum. That set includes some great sentiments and of course gorgeous flowers. Don't forget to check out the new coordinating set of dies to those flowers and leaves.

The beginning of the end

Ja nu har det ju varit midsommar och allt sånt och dagarna börjar bli kortare igen. Kan inte riktigt fatta var sommaren tog vägen, det är helt ofattbart. Det har ju inte ens hunnit bli sommar innan den börjar ta slut igen. Jag vill ha sommar hela tiden, jag tycker inte om vintern.

We have had midsummer here in Sweden a few days ago. Midsummer means that the days are getting shorter again and we are heading for winter. Can't believe most of the summer is already gone. We haven't even had any summer yet and it is already about to end? I should move somewhere warmer, I hate winter. I want it to be warm and sunny all the time.

Blommor och bin

När man är ute och fotar blommor är det alltid lika kul när det helt plötsligt sitter små levande varelser på blommorna också. Det gör visserligen det hela lite svårare då de sällan sitter still, men när man väl får till en bild så blir det oftast ganska bra. Visst är det roligare att fota stora djur, men det är ju inte lika lätt att hitta en älg eller hare som det är att hitta en humla direkt.

When you are out taking photos of flowers it is always an extra bonus when there happens to be an insect on the flowers. Perhaps insect are not as fun as larger animals, but it is so much harder to find a moose than a bumblebee.

Dandelions

I går var jag ute med kameran igen. Verkar som om det där med att fota kommer och går lite i perioder. Var ute och fota lite blommor och insekter som vanligt. Det där med macro-foton är faktiskt roligt. Saknar dock mitt gamla objektiv lite när det gäller just närbilder. Det nya jag har till nya kameran är inte riktigt lika bra. Undra om det går att hitta ett bättre till nya kameran eller om jag ska satsa på att fota närbilder med gamla kameran istället.

I haven't had any inspiration and interest in taking photos lately, but maybe that is about to change now. I have been out with my camera again and been taking some new macro photos like old times. I don't really like the new macro lens for the new camera as much as I liked my old ones, but maybe I can find something that fit me perfectly sometime.

My sweet girl

Lilla Freja växer och växer och har blivit så fin. Dessutom är hon otroligt go och rolig också.
Är så otroligt glad över denna katt, hon är bäst!
