I have made some ink splatter in the background and then added a few stamped circles and hearts to really enhance the "splattery" feel. I then diecut the flowers from some orange and turquoise cardstock from Bazzil and stamped them with the matching stamp set. I used Distress Inks to stamp this, but you could probably also stamp it in clear embossing ink and get the same effect.
I used a few different Washi Tape from My Mind's Eye and I added two of them to white cardstock and trimmed them out to get them a bit thicker and also have them opaque. I love how versatile Washi Tape are and you can really use it for almost anything.
I also stamped a sentiment on the inside of the card and I really like the way the inside turned out and the color combination of it. So I'll probably make a really simple CAS card that looks just like the inside of this card someday.
